Another winter means another insatiable wave of revisting the many personal projects that have unfortunately fallen to the waist side.
Today I found myself finally locking down my homelab and using Tailscale properly instead of opening up ports willy-nilly.
Today I decided to finally archive isthomasbryantplaying.com since he hasn't been on the team since September of this year, 2025. (The source and a couple of screenshots still exist on GitHub)
Today I decided Dockerize and start looking into an issue with the simple GoodReads bot I had started building for me and my friend's Discord server - guildreads. (I ended up figuring out the root cause but that's a TODO for a later day)
Today I decided I should finally move the receipt printing service I built for me and my girlfriend's second year anniversary to it's own server instead of the mini PC sitting in my living room. (One day I'll feel content sharing that development process)
Hopefully I'll keep contributing to these more frequently but for now giving them a little bit of much needed attention is a step in the right direction. Maybe next time they won't have to wait until winter.
